History

Pendergrast Farm is the last main remnant of land from the original Pendergrast Farm along Briarcliff Road, within Briarcliff Woods, in Atlanta Georgia. The 8.7 acres is the last of the 100’s of acres of farm land that were subdivided into suburban lots since the 1960’s – much the same as the remainder of the open land in Dekalb county.
