Limited opportunities remain at Pendergrast Farm. Two move-in ready homes are currently available. In addition, two home sites available for custom builds remain.

Available now, Homesites 8 and 11 both face the Common Green and community farm, providing utmost convenience and comfort for your family. 

Homesite 8, priced at $1,275,000, has five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a two-car garage on 2,400 square feet. The downstairs guest suite offers a private area for aging relatives or adult children to move in and includes a separate entry. This home is already equipped for elevator installation and can easily be transformed for access to the main and upper level.
